We also operate our own residential spaces, including a women’s dormitory,  

which gives us first-hand experience in understanding the needs
of both property owners and tenants.

Compared to common placement fee practices in the market,  

we have rethought the fee structure.

Rather than relying on high upfront placement fees,  

we adopt a more balanced and sustainable operating model,

allowing property owners to reduce their initial burden  

while maintaining stable and continuous returns.

We believe that the value of property management should not come from one-time fees,  

but from long-term and sustainable partnerships.
