A Coin Laundry (Seimeidori Branch) operated by us is located downstairs, providing added convenience for residents.

清潔維護：使用洗手間及共用空間（如廚房、浴室）後，請即時清理水漬、毛髮及污垢。
Cleaning: Please clean any water, hair, or dirt in the toilet and shared areas (such as the kitchen and bathroom) after use.
廚具管理：碗筷清洗後請瀝乾並放回原位，保持檯面整潔。
Kitchenware: Please dry and return all kitchenware to its original place after use, and keep the countertops clean.
垃圾分類：請配合大阪地區規定進行分類，並於指定時間將垃圾放置於二樓指定位置（詳情請參閱入住說明）。
Waste Disposal: Please follow Osaka’s waste separation rules and place garbage in the designated area on the 2nd floor at the specified times (refer to the check-in guide for details).
全面禁煙：建築物內所有範圍（包括房間、客廳及天台）均禁止吸煙。
Non-Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, including rooms, common areas, and the rooftop.
禁止寵物：宿舍內不可飼養或帶入任何寵物。
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the residence.
訪客規範：本宿舍為女性專用空間，為保障住客私隱與安全，未經許可不得帶訪客進入。
Visitors: This is a women-only residence. To protect residents’ privacy and safety, visitors are not allowed without prior permission.
遵守法規：宿舍內不得進行任何違反日本法律或影響他人之行為。
Compliance: Any illegal activities or actions that may disturb others are strictly prohibited.
防火安全：房間內禁止使用蠟燭或任何明火器具；如需煮食，請使用公共廚房設施。
Fire Safety: Open flames, including candles, are not allowed in rooms. Please use the shared kitchen for cooking.
節約能源：離開房間或共用空間時，請關閉冷氣、暖氣及電燈。
Energy Saving: Please turn off air conditioning, heating, and lights when leaving your room or shared areas.
冷氣使用：請合理使用冷氣及暖氣，避免長時間無人使用時仍開啟。
Air Conditioning: Please use air conditioning and heating responsibly and avoid leaving them on unnecessarily.
門窗安全：外出時請關好窗戶並鎖好門，以保障安全及防止雨水滲入。
Security: Please close windows and lock doors when leaving to ensure safety and prevent rain damage.
貴重物品保管：請妥善保管個人財物，如有遺失或損壞，宿舍概不負責。
Valuables: Please take care of your personal belongings. The residence is not responsible for any loss or damage.
安靜時段：晚上10:00至翌日早上8:00請保持安靜，避免大聲談話或播放音樂。
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
共用空間使用：請勿長時間佔用共用空間或放置個人物品，避免影響他人使用。
Shared Spaces: Please do not occupy shared spaces for extended periods or leave personal belongings unattended.
洗衣設備使用：使用後請盡快取回衣物，避免長時間佔用設備。
Laundry Use: Please collect your laundry promptly after use and avoid occupying machines for extended periods.
